Answers from Ms. Konvalin: 1. Students to learn and understand math, students to graduate High School, To go to College. 2. Students need to have a 3.0 or higher to get into a good college. That is the goal that I would like my students to achieve. 3. I recommend that my students attend either a community college (then transfer to a 4-yr) or attend a 4-yr college/university right out of high school. I do not recommend a specific school. 4. I like interacting and spending time with high school-aged kids. 5. Math makes sense to me. I would hope that I can teach my students to like/love math and that I can teach it so that it makes sense to them. 6. Yes, I get mad at my students when they do not TRY and when they DO NOT CARE. 7. I love to see students grow intellectually and to achieve their goals. 8. The "kind of" students that I like in my classroom are those that are willing to learn and those that want to try. 9. The students make my class fun. They have humor, and they share funny stories.... 10. When I'm at least 59 years old. (more than 10 years from now ...)
