If you join the Hiram Johnson Academy of Arts, Multimedia & Entertainment, you will receive the full course of study in English, Math, Science, and the Social Sciences, necessary for graduation. In addition, you will learn about careers that involve the joy of artistic creation by exploring art, music, drama, dance, and computer arts. You will be given opportunities to connect what you are doing in the classroom with careers in the performing and graphic arts. You will hear speakers from the arts and media. You will see performances and art shows by your fellow students and go on field trips to observe professionals in the Arts. You will also take part in productions staged by the Academy
